Apr 3, 1972 - London, England, United Kingdom - TERESA FLANAGAN, 19-years-old, who won Miss Beautiful Eyes, was one of sixty women gathered from all over Britain at the Great Western Royal Hotel Paddington to compete for the beauty title. The event was organized by the British Safety Council in an effort to cut down the estimated 3, 000 daily eye injuries at work.
