Feb. 02, 1953 - West Meet East in the Saree: The Saree, sometimes called the world's most beautiful garment, will be one of the principal exhibits on the Pakistan stand at this year's British Industries Fair. Each Saree is made up of six yards of gay materials which can be used very successfully for making evening gowns. Pakistan will be one of 23 exhibitors in the Commonwealth Section of the Fair, which is being held in London and Birmingham from April 27-May 8.
