Feb. 02, 1955 - Spring is a heady business: Hats inspired by Dutch bonnets and others with enormous gathered taffets brims that could double as a parasol under a hot sun were among spring and early summer models recently shown by Edward Harvane of London. Strong too in his collection was the cloche line, including small, head-hugging hats of flowers, leaves, and delicately shaded bunches of grapes. Every type of Juliet cap was shown, all exposing the hairline and forehead, sometimes worn at a tilt, sometimes straight on the head.
