John of Mr. John, Inc. famous for his inventive fashion genius, designed this glamorous Fall hat and bag ensemble of red opalescent velour which he calls Divine Dimes'. It was created for the collector of dimes and dollars for the March of Dimes charity drive benefiting the Infantile Paralysis victims. In the photograph Mr. John demonstrates how the hat can be used to collect dimes and dollars. As a practical bit of decoration, a gold kid arrow points to a matching kid slot at the top of the crown. When the compartment at the top of the crown is full, the glamourous wearer can shake out the money into the matching bag. Mr. John suggests that a dime saver is a time saver
