Mar. 31 John Frederics in his Andean Collection for Spring 1954 has taken inspiration from the primitive Indians of Chile and Ecudor, and has devised a shape reminiscent of a Shallow Sugar Scoop. It has received various treatment, ad is seen here in rough Ecudor straw, with a rim of bright Quito Orange felt inside the narrow edge. A veil lightly dotted with tiny of matching felt shadows the face
