Congratulations from Bob Hope Lovely eighteen year old Miss Rosemarie Frankland from Lancaster last night won the title of Miss World 1961 at the Kyceum Ballroom in the Strand. Runner-up was nineteen year old Miss Free China (Grace Li 19). Third was 18 year old Carmen Cervera (Miss Spain).
