Aug. 08, 1963 - International Beauty wins local contest: 19-year-old Diane Hichinbotham who changed her name to Westbury for international competitions, returned this week from America where she was runner-up as Miss England in the Miss International Beauty competition at Long Beach. Her first task when she arrived home was to compete in the Miss New Brighton competition in the North of England. Naturally she son.
