Mr. Justice Crored said: :She is not a woman for the pirposes of marriage, but is biological male and has been so since birth. The judge ruled that Miss Ashley's marriage to Mr. Arthur Cameron Corbett, 50-Year old heir to Lord in Liverpool in 1935 and underwent a sex-change operation by a cassblanca doctor in 1960
