Jul. 16, 1970 - Topless girl opens new men's Boutique and gets into trouble with the law; 22 year old Helen Jones, a London model was at the penning of a new mens boutique calles Sir Harry in Carneby Street W.I. this morning. She was having her bust printed in cement which would be put up in the shop. But the law came along and stopped the show and told the owner and Miss Jones that they were breaking the law by her being topless in a public place.
