Nov. 11, 1974 - Four Year Old Miss Pears 1974 Unveils Her Portrait Four year old Katie Goodwin, of Stalybridge, Chesire, today unveiled her portrait at the Painters Hall in the City of London, as the winner of the well known Miss Pears competition. The portrait was painted by woman artist, June Mendoza, R.O.I. R.P. the first women artist commissioned to to paint the winner. Photo Shows: 4 year old Kattie Goodwin makes good use of a chair to view her portrait after the unveiling ceremony at Painters Hall today
