May 05, 1953 - Belgian Ambassador-Presents Letters And Scrapbook To Children Of Flood Damaged Schools: The newly arrived Belgian Ambassador to London H.E. Baron du Parc this morning presented letters written by children of Belgian Schools, to child representatives of 59 flood damaged schools on the East Coast, expressing sympathy at the flood damage and suffering. At the same time a handsome Scrapbook of Belgium'-prepared by pupils of the Ecole Primaire, Lagere School, Belgium was presented to two representatives of the long Road School, Canvey Island-commanded to be the hardest hit school of the floods.
