Apr. 09 Mr. Mobutu, President of the Congo, was received for an official visit in Brussels. It was the first time that a President from the Congo visited Brussels officially since the independence of the country. The visit is destined to put an end to the tension that reigned between the two countries. The royal family of Brussels and Mobutu are pictured at a reception that was held in Mobutu's honor
