Apr. 12, 1965 - The hand less clock in Brussels: The roof of the Palsis des Congres in Brussels has a new look a huge bell and its ringer stands at the edge overlooking a vast sundial. The Ringer obviously a City Gentleman with plenty of poise and breeding taps the bell gently with his cane on the hour. This gesture brings out the twelve figures from their riches around the clock dial. In between times while waiting for the figures and their pointers to emerge the sun rays and the numbers on the clock are gilded and re gilded glowing according to the time. Photo shows view of the City Gent on top of the building tapping the huge bell according to the time
