Jul. 07, 1963 - Princess Anne's New School - Benenden - Kent. It was announced yesterday that H.R.H. Princess Anne - who is 13 - is to attend Benenden Public School - Kent - from September.. The princess will be the first daughter of a sovereign to attend public school. The authorities state that the Princess will be treated exactly as all the other girls (three hundred of them) - and will share a dormitory with some of them.
