Sangster, 52 year old former president of the Methodist Conference, preached his sermon at Central Hall, Westminster, last evening and introduced a ten point plan for the revival of religion - in which he believes the fear of war - cosh-boys would be removed - reduce sexual immorality - out the divorce rats - reduce juvenile crime - hessen prison population - improve quality and output of work-restore the nation's high destiny - give the people lasting peace and happiness etc. Photo shows Dr. W.E.
