Aug. 08, 1953 - Mass Baptism Of Jehovah's Witnesses In Nuremberg. 50, 000 (Fifty-Thousand) Jehovah's witnesses flocked to Nuremberg to attend the International Congress of this organization. More than 4, 000 (Four-thousand) of them were baptized in Nuremberg's Public Swimming Pool. The youngest witness was 7-year-old and the eldest, already much on the shaddy side of his life, over 70 years old. None of the many witnesses that were baptized here, is properly registered, nor are any records made. The mass as such counts'.
