Nov. 23, 1954 - The first female army priest in the Swiss army: During the manoevres of the Swiss army a major orders his unit to go for divine service. but it had been forgotten to order also an army-prist. So the soldier waited a long time for the priest but he did not come. Dinally a lieutenant went to the home of the priest of the little place but there he heard that the priest is very sick and stays in the hospital. But his wife who also studied theology and passed her examination agreed to held the ceremony. The soldiers were excited of her sermon
