Miss Margaret McCann, 54 year old Nun who became a member of the Sisters of Nazareth in 1924, claimed damages in the Queen's bench division today, alleging false imprisonment - saying that she was locked up in a mental home when there was no justification for suggesting that she had and unsoundness mind.. Including those accused is Cardinal Griffin of Westminster and Mother Plascidus - superior of the Order of Sisters of Nazareth.
