Feb. 28 MECHANICALY MINDED NUNS Nuns are generaly happy people, their lives flowing smoothly and peacefully and the nuns of Ladywell Frenciscan nuns do nor conform to the conventional image of the nun in so far as they are mechnically minded to a degree that may well be the envy of many a lay person. The nuns at Ladywell Convent do not belive is dreaming their lives away, they like to be active, In fact they are great builders: they built their own printing works, their own farm with dairy, barns and piggeries. Our pictures show some of the activities of the nuns during a course of their working day
