Apr. 17 Peeping Doris: When His Devine Holiness, Shree Pramukh Swami, spiritual leader of 35 million Hundus in India, and 50, 000 in this country, called on the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Runcis, at Church House, Westminster, yesterday. A request was made at all the ladies present which included women journalists, should keep a good distance as His Devine Holiness has taken a vow of absolute celibacy which forbids him even to look at a women- if he did he would have to go on a fast.
