Jan. 01, 1962 - Dominican father will receive Carnival's award: On Jan. 27th, the wellknown Cologne preacher and publicist Dominican father Dr. Rochus Spiecker (Rochus Spiecker) will receive in Aachen the already traditional Order wider den tierischen Ernst (Order against animal seriousness). The award will be presented for the 14th time. Among the personalities who received this order during the past years are German Federal Chancellor Adenauer and the Australian Foreign Minister Kreisky.
