Bible - Cardinals - Churches - Monks - Nuns

Nov. 11, 1962 - on the occasion of an Ecumenical Council hundreds of Priests come from all over the world to attend the Vatican Congress, take the opportunity to replenish their wardrobes, visiting the various tailor and artisans shops specialised in creating the various garments, mitres and every sort of clerical attire. The work requires days and days of patient application and at the end when they are completed all those garments can be considered masterpieces. We visited some of the most important laboratories in Rome and could make picture of particular value, following carefully the days-work of these wonderful magicians'! PHOTO SHOWS: S.E. Monsignor GEORGE L. LENCH of Harrisburg (Pennsylvania) looking at his secretary KEELER WILLIAM, while he tries on a cope
