Jul. 07, 1969 - RUINS OF ANCIENT CHURCH BEING UNEARTHED AT PILLISSZENTKERESZT NEAR BUDAPEST. Under the direction of experts of the Archaeological Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences the rule of a huge church and monastery are being unearthed at Pillisszentkeresst, just a few miles from Budapest. The length of the several century old church is only a few yards shorter than the Matthias Corenation Church on Castle Hill in Budapest. At the present time the remains of the great columns that supported the nave and the walls are being uncovered.
