Feb. 02, 1976 - Order of St. John Investiture Ceremony At The Grand Priory Church - Clerkenwell; Over 130 members of the Order of St. John and the St. John Ambulshos Association and Brigade, today received an insignia at the Investiture Ceremony at the Grand Priory Chrch, Clerkenwell, London Among those being invested as a Serving Brother was Mr. Cyril Smith, M.E.E.; M.P. and Chief Whip of the Liberal Party. He has served St. John for 16 years and is currently President of the Roche ambulance Cadet Division, Rochdale.
