Jan. 16, 1978 - Conlecration of African Bishop at Westminster Abby: Church history was made in Westminster Abbey yesterday when for the first time an Overseas bishop of a fully autonomous Church within the Anglican Communion was Comscerated at the Abbey's High Altar. The New bishop is the Rev James Kauluma, B.A. He was Conserted Sufragan Bishop of Demralayd, formerly Namibia, The Presiding Bishop was the Rt. Rev. E.G.
