May 05, 1981 - The Pope And Wounded Tourist Meet Mr. Rose Hall, 21, the American tourist whose arm was broken by one of the two bullets which struck the Pope, and then sped on to wound her during the attempt on the Pontiff's life, paid a visit to the convalescing Pope after being discharged from the Santo Spirito Hospital in Rome. The Pope is still recovering from the assassination attempt in the Gemelli Hospital, Rome. Photo Shows:- Mr. Rose Hall with her husband who is an Evangelical minister stationed in Germany, and her mother who was with her in St. Peter's Square at the time of the shooting, during their meeting with Pope John Paul II
