Nov. 11, 1962 - The Latest in Cycling - The Mini Bike. Alex Moulton, the men who designed a revolutionary suspension system for the Morris minicars, has turned his inventive invention to the bicycle. Taking up the challenge that nothing could be done to improve the bicycle as it is now, he has produced the Moulton Bicycle, which will be on show at the Earls Court Cycle and Motorcycle Show next week. this cycle has small 16 inch wheels designed for rapid acceleration, and a suspension system which is claimed to give a smooth ride on the roughest road. Picture shows: Janet Dalgety, a friend of the inventor, tries out a model of the cycle, freewheeling with her feet in the air
