Oct. 10, 1970 - Tony Jacklin opens Devas Boys club Building and dPresents the Jacklin putter award: Tony Jacklin, winner of the present American open Championship and last year's British Open Champion, opened the new Devas club building at stromont Road, S.W. 11 last wight. After the opening ceremony Tony Jacklin presented the Jacklin Putter to Colin West aged 18, who has been judged the outstanding boy for the year. The Putter will be competed for each year. Photo shows Tony Jacklin has a game of shooker watched by some it the boys of the club after he had opened the new building last night
