Jan. 01, 1968 - 11-1-68 Sir Billy Butlin and directors take pay cuts in support of I'm Backing Britain campaign Holiday camp king Sir Billy Butlin has taken a cut in his income as a gesture in support of the I'm Backing Britain campaign. Nine fellow directors have also agreed to take a cut at his request. The total reduction is about £50, 000.
