Jun. 06, 1968 - The Lone Yachtswoman Is Rescued In Rough Seas: Miss Edith Baumann, the only woman in the single handed yacht race, reported missing yesterday, was recused early today after being spotted by American search plane. She was lucked from the rough seas by the French Navy radar ship Henri Poincare after clinging to the remains of her trimaran Koala Ill about 300 miles north of the Azores.
