After accompanying the Oxford crew by launch from Putney to Chiswick, Oxford's coach, Jumbo Edwards, on returning by launch to Putney, encountered the Cambridge crew - and spied on them, Photo shows In foreground is Jumbo Edwards in the Oxford launch.
