Aug. 08, 1953 - Raising The Kronprins Frederik': Efforts to raise the sunken Danish liner, Kronprins Frederik, which capaized and sank after being swept by fire at Harwich, in April, are being made today. Salvage men have been working on the ship for months, and work began this morning to lift her. Photo shows General view of the ship - taken at 11 o'clock this morning - showing it at a 30 degrees list. Preparations for the lift began at 6:30 a.m. this morning
