Jul. 07, 1953 - Pirate Fighting on River Sai The 675 the anniversary of the foundation of the sailors guild was celebrated in the two sailors-cities on the German-Austrian borderline Laufen and Oberndorf, last Sunday. The sailors-guild was something like a city force protecting the ships which were coming with salt from Salzburg district. At the occasion of this anniversary the guild held a pirate fighting during which the pirates were drive to the shore and were taken prisoner by the sailors. By firing some volleys, brandishing their sabres and accordeon play the pirates tried to defend themselves (left), with his hands on his back the pirate is brought before court
