Mar. 03, 1953 - With 100 kilometers over the Berlin Havel-River. The western Berlin constructor Johannes Hertz built a very new wing boat which is sensational fast. Short after it is started, the body of the boat is going high up out of the water and shows the steal - wings underneath the boat. And these wings are the secret why it is so fast, why it takes only half as much of gasoline as normal race- motor - boats. The boat is out of mahogany has got a normal 4 cylinder Porsche - motor, it is 6 meters long and 1, 72 wide and has got a high-speed of about 100 kilometers an hour. It has been constructed at the Lanka-weft at Havel river, western Berlin
