Aug. 08, 1954 - He Plan To To Sail Round The World: 21-Year-old Wolfgang Kraker Von Schwarzenfeld, sailed into Newhaven during the week-end in a raft with sails in which he plans to sail round the world. The raft is home made floats a platforms lashed to two cylinder shaped floats.Under the float are storage tanks holding 110 gallions of fresh water. Wolfgang navigates and sleeps on one float. The other is his galley and storeroom. The sails are his one extravagances, he got the best German Sail maker he could find to make them. He calls his raft the Sea Arrow'.
