Feb. 02, 1953 - Bitter weather comes to Finland even the sea freezes.: Bitter weather paid a visit to Finland recently when even the sea was frozen over. Snow, many feet deep covered the streets roads and fields and even the sea froze. Photo shows Icebreakers working in the Southern harbour in Helsinki these ships were the last to be seen in Helsinki for some time. Forty degrees of frost was reported
