Dec. 12, 1954 - The cutty sark starts on her last voyage. Leaves East India dock.: the world's famous sailing ship the cutty sark left the East India dock this morning for Greenwhich where a special dry dock has been prepared for her. When the ancient vessel has been berthed the dock will be completed and the vessel herself will be re-rigged and re-fitted. This will take about a year.
