Mar. 21, 1955 - Survivors of the S.S. Stratheden Lifeboat disaster Commodore K.A.H. Cummins the Captain The liner S.S. Stratheden arrived at Tilbury this morning. Seen aboard were the three survivor of the ship's lifeboat which turned over when an attempts were made to rescue the crew of the disabled Greek Trawler Jason off the cost of Southern Italy. Eight members of the liners crew were drowned. Photo Shows Commodore K.A.H. on arrival at Tibury this morning
