Jun. 06, 1955 - Ill Fated submarine H.M.S. Sidon breaks Surface then sinks again.: The ill-fated submarine H.M.S. Sidon, which sank at Portland seven days ago with the loss of thirteen lives unexpectedly broke surface last evening during attempts to raise her. Because of a list it was decided to leave the complete lifting until today and she slipped beneath the water once again. Photo shows sailors aboard H.M.S.
