Recently delivered to Britain Royal Navy was an experimental submarine called the Explorer which uses hydrogen peroxide as a booster to her diesel electric engines. She has high underwater speed and will be used as a fast underwater target for training surface forces. OPS: H.M.S. Explorer surfaced. Men on the conning tower give an idea of her 225 ft. 6 in. length and 15 ft. 8 in. breadth
