Oct. 10, 1957 - British Destroyer in the Pool of London.: Two British destroyers were to be seen in the Pool of London this afternoon, at the start of a four-day visit. They are H.M.s. Agincourt and H.M.S. Corunna. Aboard the Corunna (Commander B.C.G. place, V.C. D.S.C.) was William Wyatt, the American pilot who force-landed in the Atlantic on an attempt to capture a record for light planes. He travelled aboard the vessel with his aircraft -from Spain.
