Jul. 07, 1957 - H.M.S. Diamond leaves the Thames for Chatham flying her paying off Pendant: H.M.S. Diamond, a daring class warship, which recently returned to Britain from the U.S.A. after taking part in the International Naval Review at Hampton Roads, Virginia, has been scored at Battle Bridge Tier, on the Thomas for a three-day visit. This morning she left for Chatham flying her Paying Off Pendant, as she is finishing her 18-months commission. Photo shows H.M.S.
