Sep. 09, 1958 - WITH THE BRITISH FISHERMEN OFF COAST OF ICELAND. GUNBOATS TRY TO ENFORCE 12 MILE LIMIT: Frequent attempts have been made by Icelandic gunboats to arrest British trawlers and their crews fishing within the newly imposed 12 mile limit off the coast of Iceland. Units of the British Navy keep a watchful eye - and ofter intervene when attempts at arrests are made. Keystone Photo Shows:- Shouts from the gunboats officers and their crews try to get aboard one of the British trawlers - but they are not successful
