President - left her mooring this morning for Chatham where she is to undergo a two months refit. The vessel is the floating headquarters of the London Division Royal Naval Reserve. Her mast has been dismantled and lies on her deck - so she can pass beneath Blackfr's Bridge. Photo shows H.M.S.
