Feb. 26 Russian Hydrofoil Arrives AT Dover: The first of the 150-passangers seagoing hydrofoils the Russian hope to steel to the British transport Industry, arrived at Dover today - to the British transport industry, arrived at Dover today. A Russian crew brought the hydrofoil - the Kometa - from Laningrad; via Rotterdam. It is the first giant Russian hydrofoil to visit Britain.the 42 m.p.h.craft weighs 127 tons.
