Feb. 26 Salvage of the capsized ship Wiedau in Hamburg -- A ghostly scene: is to see here on the Elbe in Hamburg. In the left is the German motor ship Wiedau, which sunk on December 19th, 1975 after a collision with two other sips during a heavy fog. Now the Wiedau will be secured by the hoisting crane Thor (in the right), a swimming colossus, which is able to lift weights till 1000 tons. The crane was trailed by a seagoing tug from Sweden through the North-Baltic-Sea-Channel to Hamburg for this salvage-operation
