Mar. 27 Japan building huge tanker: A composite photo showing how the 372, 400 ton tanker Nisseki Maru dwarfs Tokyo's biggest building - the 147 meter high Kasumigaseki Building. The big tanker which will be completed in September 1971, will ply between Japan and the Persian Gulf, and 10 Japanese girls will be in the crew as waitresses. The Tanker being built by the Ishikawjima-Harima Heavy Industry, is 347 meters long, 54.5 wide, and a draught of 27 meters. Speed is 14.5 knots
