Mar. 22 Unique Paddle Steamer Cum Canoe at Hove: A strange sight in the streets of Hove, Sussex, these days is the miniature paddle steamer owned by Mr. F.G. Chapman. Originally it was a canoe and it took Mr. Chapman sixteen months to convert it and now he just pedals along the round and straight into the water at 12 miles an hour. Photo shows floating on the water at hove is the unique paddle steamer cum canoe belonging to Mr. Chapman
