Apr. 18 The Iceland fisheries dispute breaks down pictures of the fishing industry in Iceland: Attempts to settle the Iceland fisheries dispute broke down last night. British trawlers, guarded by naval frigates are going ahead with their plans to fish in the disputed waters. From midnight tomorrow Iceland intends to ban foreigners from fishing within 12 miles of her coast.
