Apr. 14, 1960 - Bigger than the two Onassis-tankers: is this 66.000 ton turbine tanker Naess Spirit (Naess Spirit) which was not launched from the Howaldts-Werke in Kiel but was flooded in the dry dock.The wife of the shipowner who has built the ship in order of the Norcape Shipping S.S. (Norcape Shipping) of Panama christened it. It is biggest ship that has ever been built in the Howaldtawerke in Kiel. Length:-258, 47 meters, speed: 16, 2 knots. The two Onassis-tankers which have also been built on the same warft, have 65.000 tons each
